ERRATUM: The initial version of this story said De Leon will replace Francisco Jose Villaroman, a retired official of the Philippine National Police. It should have stated that De Leon will replace an acting OIC of the PSSCC and not Villaroman, who resigned June 30, 2016. We regret the error.
