Watch how ABS-CBN News reporter Doris Bigornia reacted when she was called "Madam Secretary" in jest by her S.R.O. radio show co-host, DZMM reporter Dexter Ganibe, who covers the Palace.

President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday said he offered the position of secretary of Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to Bigornia after the Commission on Appointments (CA) rejected Judy Taguiwalo last week.

"Natutuwa lang ako kasi talaga namang trip-trip lang 'yun," Bigornia said.
