MANILA - The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) is open to investigation amid allegations of corruption in the agency, its chief said Wednesday.

"Corruption, napakalawak po ng definition (has a wide range of definition). I will leave that to the investigators. Ang parameters ko (My parameters are) I was able to achieve my goals.
