MANILA - Former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is back in Congress to begin her final term as Pampanga 2nd district Representative.

Mrs. Arroyo joined the traditional breakfast of congressmen before the election of House officials.

Arroyo later went to her office on the 2nd floor before joining the opening session of the House of Representatives for the 17th Congress.

Session was called to order by Secretary General Marilyn Barua Yap, followed by the National Anthem, invocation, the roll call, the designation of the acting floor leader and the election of the speaker.
