President Rodrigo Duterte is set to deliver his second State of the Nation Address at the Batasang Pambansa in Quezon City on Monday.

Apart from the annual militant mobilization near the halls of Congress in Quezon City, protesters across the country also took to the streets to air their disappointment over the President's first year in office.

Protesters in General Santos City burned effigies bearing the faces of United States President Donald Trump, National Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana, Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief of Staff Gen. Eduardo Año and National Security Adviser Gen. Hermogenes Esperon.
