MANILA- Over 14,000 policemen will be deployed Monday to secure President Rodrigo Duterte's 4th State of the Nation Address.

Police General Oscar Albayalde, chief of the Philippine National Police, said Thursday augmentation will also come from the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

The police force will also exercise maximum tolerance for activists who will hold protests outside of the Batasang Pambansa Complex.

While the PNP has yet to monitor any security threats in connection with the President's SONA, Albayalde assured the public that they remain on full alert for possible disturbances.
