Kho, a member of San Beda University-based Lex Talionis Fraternitas, was among 5 frat brothers appointed to the Department of Justice. The other four are then Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II, Undersecretaries Erickson Balmes, Raymund Mecate, and Reynante Orceo.
