MANILA - (UPDATE) President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed Cebu City police chief Police Colonel Royina Garma as the new general manager of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).
Duterte made the announcement Monday during a speech at the premiere night of the movie "Kontradiksyon" at a mall in Ortigas.

“Balutan has been out, si Garma ang papalit,” Duterte told reporters.
Garma, Cebu City's first female police chief, will replace retired Marine general Alexander Balutan, who was fired last March "due to serious allegations of corruption."
