MANILA - Residents of exclusive subdivisions like Forbes and Dasmariñas Village can apply for the P5,000 aid that the Makati City government will give to half a million residents, Mayor Abby Binay said Tuesday.

The local government will start crediting the aid to resident's "Makatizen" cards starting Friday, said the mayor.

Those who are not card holders may apply for the aid through the Makati Web Portal, mobile app or forms from village officials. They will get the funds through GCash, she said.
