Inutos ni Caloocan City Mayor Oscar Malapitan ang agarang pagpapasara ng Gubat sa Ciudad resort matapos madiskubreng patuloy ang operasyon nito sa kabila ng umiiral na modified enhanced community quarantine o MECQ.

Pinakakasuhan na rin ni Malapitan ang pamunuan ng resort, mga opisyal ng barangay 171 na nakasasakop rito, at lahat ng mga nag-swimming sa resort dahil sa paglabag sa mga alituntunin ng Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) at health protocols.

Inutos na rin ng alkalde ang pagkansela ng business permit ng resort at agarang pag-iimbestiga kung paano nakapag-operate ang resort sa kabila ng umiiral na MECQ upang hindi na umano ito maulit.

Magsasagawa na rin ng malawakang contact tracing, close monitoring at angkop at tamang oras ng RT-PCR testing sa lahat ng mga nagtungo sa resort.

Wala pang inilalabas na pahayag ang pamunuan ng resort.
