MANILA - The Davao chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines criticized Tuesday its national leadership for allowing itself to be used as a "staging area" for the press conference of Peter Joemel Advincula, the self-confessed "Bikoy" in a series of anti-Duterte videos.

On Monday, Peter Joemel Advincula, or the hooded figure in the viral videos, introduced himself as "Bikoy" during a press conference at the IBP.

Advincula is seeking free legal assistance from the IBP. He said he needed a lawyer to submit his sworn statement and help him file cases against members of the syndicate.
