MANILA- Former Environment Secretary Gina Lopez on Saturday tagged Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) Director Mario Louie Jacinto as "the worst,” citing challenges in working with the official during her time at the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
