ZAMBOANGA CITY - A 46-year-old man turned over a turtle to the local Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in Barangay Cabaluay, Zamboanga City Thursday.

According to Pong Feliciano, he bought the turtle Wednesday from an old man who was selling it for P1,000. He also said voluntarily bought the turtle to save it from harm.
