MANILA - The chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP) on Friday appealed for more prayers for the fast healing of two colleagues who were among those in the helicopter crash in Laguna last March.

Gamboa was with Major Generals Jovic Ramos and Mariel Magaway, his comptrollership and intelligence heads, respectively; Brig. Gen. Bernard Banac, the PNP spokesman; an aide, a technician and 2 pilots when the 2-year-old Bell 429 chopper crashed in San Pedro, Laguna on March 5.

Gamboa said relatives of the two generals could not visit them due to the present coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic.
