MANILA - The fire that torched the Manila Pavilion Hotel over the weekend reignited Tuesday, a day after officials declared the fire was already put out.

Authorities have yet to announce the source of the blaze.

The fire that engulfed a portion of the hotel started on Sunday, supposedly in an area where welding was being conducted.

At least 5 people were confirmed dead due to the blaze.

Two bodies have been recovered from the hotel's rubble. The two were identified as Jocris Banang and John Sabido, both closed-circuit television camera operators of the hotel's in-house casino.

The Department of Justice has ordered an investigation to determine which parties should be held liable for the incident.
