MANILA - Broadcaster and columnist Ramon Tulfo surrendered to authorities Friday, after a Manila court issued arrest warrants against him for libel.
Tulfo turned himself in at the Manila Police District headquarters on U.N. Avenue after two regional trial court judges, Rainelda Estacio-Montesa and Danilo Leyva, ordered his arrest.
He was detained at the office of the Special Mayor’s Reaction Team (SMaRT) while his bail was being processed.
