CEBU CITY -- President Rodrigo Duterte on Sunday said his daughter, Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio, is in control of some important political decisions in their family.

In a speech in Cebu City, Duterte said there were several decisions that took him by surprise but he can't do anything since his daughter had planned for it.

Meanwhile, Duterte said he is not inclined into changing his foul-mouthed ways and hard-hitting statements despite admitting that he gas been reprimanded by his political allies.
