MAYNILA - Ikinokonsidera na ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) ang pagtatanggal sa opisyal na listahan ng 39 na party-list organizations bago ang 2022 elections.

Ayon sa Comelec, sa ilalim ng Section 2, Rule 3 ng Resolution No. 9366 ng Republic Act No. 7941 o “Party-List System Act,” awtorisado ang Komisyon na magtanggal o magkansela ng registration ng isang partylist group dahil sa kabiguan nitong lumahok sa nakalipas na 2 halalan, o kabiguan na makakuha ng 2-porsyentong boto sa ilalim ng party-list system sa nagdaang dalawang halalan.

Kabilang sa mga posibleng matanggalan ng registration ang mga sumusunod na grupo dahil sa hindi pagsali sa nakalipas na dalawang eleksyon:

1. ADING - Advance Community Development in New Generation
2. 1-AAMOVER - 1-A Action Moral & Values Recovery Reform of the Phils., Inc
3. ANG PAMILYA -Una Ang Pamilya
4. AG - Ang Galing Pinoy
5. ALAGAD - Alagad Party-List
6. ANAD - Alliance For Nationalism and Democracy
7. KAKUSA - Kapatiran ng mga Nakulong na Walang Sala, Inc.
8. KALIKASAN PARTY-LIST - Kalikasan Partylist
9. 1-AANI - Usa An Aton Nahigugma Nga Iroy Nga Tuna

Samantala, kabilang naman sa mga partylist groups na maaaring maalis na sa listahan ng Komisyon dahil sa kabiguan na makakuha ng 2-porsyento ng boto at bigong makakuha ng puwesto sa Kongreso ay ang mga sumusunod:
