MANILA  -- Former beauty queen Sandra Lemonon officially tied the knot with basketball player Sol Mercado. 

In Instagram reels shared by Niceprint photo on their social media, Lemonon and Mercado tied the knot over the weekend in an intimate ceremony attended by their closest friends and family in a private resort in Bali Indonesia. 

In 2021, Lemonon publicly declared that Sol Mercado is her "biggest blessing" as the former beauty queen revealed her relationship with the basketball player.

And in 2023, Mercado proposed to the former beauty queen after two years of being together.

Lemonon represented Taguig in Miss Universe Philippines in 2020 and finished as a semi-finalist.

Before this, she competed in Bb. Pilipinas 2018, where she finished as a semi-finalist and Miss World Philippines 2016, where she was named fourth Princess.

Mercado, on the other hand, is a PBA player and was previously engaged to actress Denise Laurel.
