MANILA -- It's a big win for the Philippines in dancing arena as four Pinoy teams won medals in the 2024 World Hip Hop Dance Championship held in Phoenix, Arizona.

The UPeepz was announced as this year's champion at Hip Hop's MegaCrew Division, while A-Kidz was the champion in Varsity Division.

Screen grab: Facebook/Hip Hop International Pinoy dance group The Peepz took home the silver medal after they competed at Adult Division. 

Meanwhile,  A-Kidz took home bronze in the JV MegaCrew Division,  and it was also a bronze medal for HQ for winning in the Adult Division.

The 2024 World Hip Hop Dance Championship happened in Arizona last August 3 to 10 where 55 plus countries competed to capture the world titles.

Last year, Pinoy dance crews also brought honor to the Philippines with three medals.

HQ was champion at the Hip Hop International's Adult Division. Legit Status, which includes Kapamilya artist Gela Atayde, took home gold in the Mega Group Division, while UP Street Dance took home bronze in the MegaCrew Division.
