Alethea Ambrosio has left for Poland to represent the Philippines in the Miss Supranational pageant. 

On Instagram, the beauty queen posted photos of her waving the Philippine flag at the airport, as she expressed her excitement to meet this year's candidates.

"The journey has been a whirlwind of emotions, but I'm ready to embrace this incredible opportunity and showcase the beauty, strength, and resilience of the Filipina spirit," she said. "I can't wait to connect with all the amazing women from around the world." 

"Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way," she added. "Your love and encouragement mean the world to me." 

The Miss Supranational 2024 coronation night will be held in Malopolska, Poland on July 6. The winner will succeed Andrea Aguilera of Ecuador.

Last year's Philippine representative, Pauline Amelinckx, finished as first runner-up.
