Patok sa bansang Taiwan ang 3 Cup Chicken o kung tawagin dito ay "Taiwanese Adobo" na ginagamitan ng tatlong sawsawan: sesame oil, rice wine, at toyo.

Kung nais mong bigyang-buhay ang inyong adobo, maaari mong subukang lutuin ang putaheng ito.

Bumisita sa "Umagang Kay Ganda" ang guest kusinero na si Arvin Antonio para ibahagi kung paano magluto ng 3 Cup Chicken.

Ihanda lamang ang mga sumusunod na sangkap:

• 1/2 kilo manok
• 5 bawang
• 1 luya
• 2 kutsarang sesame oil
• 2 kutsarang asukal
• 2 kutsarang toyo
• 2 kutsarang rice wine
• 1 kutsarang mantika
• 10 grams dahon ng basil

Paraan ng pagluluto:

Ibabad ang manok sa toyo.

Iprito ang bawang at luya sa kawali hanggang maging golden brown. Itabi.

Maglagay ng sesame oil at mantika sa kawali at ilagay ang pritong manok.

Isunod ang rice wine at hinaan ang apoy hanggang 12-15 minuto.

Ilagay ang dahon ng basil at takpan.
