Maaari niyo itong subukang gawin sa inyong kusina.

Para sa bola-bola
• Giniling na baboy
• Paminta
• Asin
• Asukal
• Oyster sauce
• Itlog
• Harina
• Sibuyas

• Mantika
• Carrots
• Sibuyas
• Dried mushroom
• Misua
• Patis
• Sesame oil
• Itlog
• Kintsay
• Chicken o pork stock
• Corn starch
• Accord powder

Paraan ng pagluluto:

Paghaluhaluin ang giniling na baboy, paminta, asin, asukal, oyster sauce, sibuyas, itlog, at harina. Pakuluan o iprito at itabi.

Igisa ang sibuyas, mushroom, carrots.

Ilagay ang sabaw na pinagpakuluan ng baboy.

Ilagay ang misua, itlog, nilutong bola-bola, at kintsay

Timplahan ng paminta at patis.

Maglagay ang dahon ng sibuyas, sesame oil, at quail eggs pang- garnish (optional).

Maaari nang ihain ang misua bola-bola.
