MANILA - The Filipino-produced movie “Ignacio de Loyola” has been nominated for Best Picture in the International Film Festival of Manhattan in New York.

This was announced in the official Facebook page of the film on Wednesday.

Its lead star, Andreas Muñoz, has been nominated as Best Actor.

Produced by Jesuit Communications, “Ignacio de Loyola” focuses on St. Ignatius’ life before he founded the Society of Jesus.
