Lynn Ruth Miller, one of the oldest living female comedians in the world, is set to charm Filipinos as she visits the country for the first time this October.

The 85-year-old stand-up comedian will hold shows in separate venues in Taguig City and Makati City.

Miller's first show, "Aged to Imperfection," will be held on October 18 at Relik Bar in Bonifacio Global City.

Her second show, "Barely Standing," will take place at Union Jack Tavern in Makati on October 19.

Ventriloquist Ruther Urquia, who appeared in "Pilipinas Got Talent," will serve as opening act.

Miller started her comedy career at the age of 71.

She won the People's Choice Award at the 2009 Branson Comedy Festival and the finals of the Bill Word’s Funniest Female Contest 2009, according to her website.
