MANILA - There's more to enjoy in Bohol than the Chocolate Hills and the tiny tarsier.

Head to Ubay, located in the northern part of the province, for new things to try and more places to explore. A first-class municipality, Ubay is hoping to lure visitors with its agriculture and eco-tourism attractions.

In a countryside trip organized by AirAsia Philippines and the Bohol Tourism Office, ABS-CBN News and selected media and bloggers experienced the beauty of Ubay.

Here are 10 new things to enjoy in the northern part of Bohol:

1. Milk a carabao

Experience the provincial life and try milking a carabao at the Philippine Carabao Center-Ubay Stock Farm (PCC-USF), located in Barangay Lumangog in Ubay.

The center produces 200 liters of milk a day which are then sold as fresh milk or ice cream. Tourists, especially children, can learn a lot about dairy farming here.

If you find joy in milking carabaos, you will definitely have a great time feeding their babies. The feeding area is located near the milking station of PCC-USF.
