Gusto mo bang lagyan ng twist ang iyong lumpiang shanghai?

Sa halip na karneng baboy, maaari mong palamanan ng bangus at singkamas ang lumpiang shanghai, na masustansiya at mura pa.

Bumisita sa "Umagang Kay Ganda" nitong Biyernes ang guest kusinero na si Joseph Daza para ibahagi kung paano lutuin ang lumpiang bangus na may singkamas.

Ihanda lamang ang mga sumusunod na sangkap:

• 10 piraso ng lumpia wrapper
• 1 piraso ng carrots
• 1 tangkay ng kintsay
• ¼ kilo ng bangus
• 1 pc singkamas
• 1 pc sibuyas
• 1 pc bell pepper
• ½ kutsarita ng paminta
• 1 kutsarita ng patis
• Mantika

Paraan ng pagluluto

Igisa ang sibuyas. Isunod ang carrots, singkamas, bell pepper, hinimay na bangus, at kintsay.

Lagyan ng seasoning, paminta, at isang kutsarang patis.

Kapag golden brown na, ibalot sa lumpia wrapper ang ginisang sangkap at saka iprito.

Maaari nang ihain ang lumpiang bangus.
