MANILA – It seems that Kathryn Bernardo is following in the footsteps of her fellow celebrities who have dipped their toes into the makeup industry.

The Kapamilya star recently gave her fans a glimpse of her photo shoot with the local cosmetics brand Happy Skin, which has existing collaborations with Heart Evangelista and KC Concepcion.

Her post showing Happy Skin products was uploaded on the Instagram page of her mother, Min.

Several local celebrities have launched their own makeup collections in recent months.

Anne Curtis and Vice Ganda built their own brands – BLK Cosmetics and Vice Cosmetics, respectively – both promising to offer good quality makeup at affordable prices.

Nadine Lustre, meanwhile, has been promoting her makeup line under the Australian brand BYS Cosmetics.
