MANILA – (UPDATED) Hours after arriving at the second regular of the 17th Congress in yet another white terno, actress Heart Evangelista decided to break the monotony on the red carpet of this year’s State of the Nation Address (SONA).
The wife of Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero wore a white below-the-knee terno with matching heels and purse during the opening session on Monday morning, as seen on her Instagram page.
But during the afternoon, Evangelista opted to go for a pants and blazer ensemble – similar to last year – but in blue and gold instead of white.
She finished off her look with heels and a purse, both in light brown.
