Fragrance mogul Joel Cruz, a father to three pairs of twins, has welcomed his seventh child via surrogacy, his spokesperson said.

The baby boy was born on June 23, Cruz's spokesperson Roy Redondo confirmed to ABS-CBN News' Mario Dumaual in a text message.

Cruz, dubbed the "Lord of Scents," received the good news from the team handling the surrogacy in Russia. The message, shared by Redondo, reads:

"My most sincere congratulations! You have just became father of a lovely boy! Both your son and the surrogate are OK. Please let us know the full name of your newborn son. Thank you for all your trust and confidence in our team! God bless you and your growing family!"

Cruz, who is openly gay, welcomed his first pair of twins, Prince Sean and Princess Synne in September 2012. They were followed by Prince Harry and Prince Harvey three years later in October 2015. The third pair, Charles and Charlotte, were born in May 2017.
