Perfect na pambaon sa pasukan ang crispy lumpiang shanghai.

Simple rin lang itong ihanda at iluto, gaya ng ipinakita sa "Umagang Kay Ganda."

Narito ang mga sangkap na kailangang ihanda:

• 1/2 kilogram (500g) ng giniling na baboy
• 6 na butil ng bawang
• 1 sibuyas na pula (medium size)
• 2 kutsara ng patis
• 2 itlog
• 2 kutsara ng cornstarch
• 3 kutsara ng harina
• 1/4 kutsarita ng pamintang durog
• 100 grams ng shredded carrots
• Mantika
• Lumpia wrapper
• 1 kutsara ng harina
• 1 kutsara ng tubig

Paghalu-haluin ang mga sangkap sa isang bowl.

Kumuha ng 50 grams na lumpia filling at ibalot sa lumpia wrapper.

Kapag nabalot na, pahiran ng flour mixture para hindi bumuka ang lumpiang shanghai.

Iprito ang mga binalot na lumpia sa loob ng 5-8 minuto hanggang sa maging golden brown.
