Naghahanap ka ba ng simple pero malasa at masustansiyang kakainin ngayong araw?

Maaari mong subukang magluto ng kinamatisang manok, na taglay ang manamis-namis at maasim-asim na lasa.

Bumisita sa “Umagang Kay Ganda” ngayong Huwebes ang guest kusinera na si Cheryll Galindez para ibahagi kung paano magluto ng kinamatisang manok.

Ihanda lamang ang mga sumusunod na sangkap:

• Manok (adobo cut)
• Bawang
• Sibuyas
• Kamatis
• Patis
• Tomato paste
• Laurel
• Paminta
• Pampalasa/seasoning

Paraan ng pagluluto:

Igisa ang bawang, sibuyas, at kamatis.

Ilagay ang manok at patis, isangkutsa.

Sunod na ilagay ang laurel at pampalasa.

Pakuluan hanggang maluto ang manok.

Kapag luto na ang manok, saka ilagay ang tomato paste at bell pepper.

Hayaan nang ilang minuto. Ihain.
