MANILA -- "The Phantom of the Opera" will be the next Andrew Lloyd Webber production to be streamed on YouTube for free as part of "The Shows Must Go On" series.

Filmed at the Royal Albert Hall in 2011, the 25th anniversary concert production features Ramin Karimloo as the Phantom and Sierra Boggess as Christine.

It will be available for 48 hours on the YouTube page of "The Shows Must Go on," starting at 7 p.m. on Friday, April 17 (GMT).

On Twitter, Karimloo shared a link to an article stating the announcement as he encouraged his followers to watch their show.

Other previously streamed Lloyd Webber productions on "The Shows Must Go On" include "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" starring Donny Osmond, and the 2012 UK arena tour production of "Jesus Christ Superstar."

The initiative came amid the novel coronavirus pandemic, which has imposed quarantines across the globe, causing theaters to close temporarily.
