Completing this year’s batch of Filipino achievers is 29-year-old Ken Costales, founder and CEO of the performance marketing firm Monolith Growth Ventures. Founded in 2016, the company now has offices in Manila and Singapore and serves global brands such as Fitness First, The Boston Consulting Group, Sonos, and Klipsch.
