To those who can't read Japanese, don't fret. Here's what you'll need: potatoes (obviously), 100 grams of fried chicken breading mix, 30 grams of salt, 10 grams of pepper, and cooking oil.

First, cut the potatoes into 9-millimeter thick slices, then heat them in the microwave (the recommended power setting of Shakey's Japan is 700 watts) for five minutes.

Take the potatoes out of the microwave carefully ("the inside will be super hot," Shakey's Japan said), and set aside. In a bowl, add the fried chicken breading, salt, and pepper, and mix well.

Sprinkle the mix evenly on the potatoes, or put the spuds in the bowl of seasoning to make things easier. Heat your pan and oil, and fry them slowly for five minutes.

Here's a tip: If you're using a supermarket brand of fried chicken seasoning (which is highly likely), skip the salt so the mojos won't end up too salty. Of if you really want to, just use half the amount, or add it right after frying.
