"The Local Government Unit of Isabela de Basilan under the vibrant leadership of City Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman ensures that we observe and celebrate the different cultures here in the City," sabi ni City Tourism Officer Claudio Ramos II.

We are a multicultural city, full of colors, living together as one amidst the diversity. We believe that lighting our public spaces provides an avenue for people to come together. We always do this every Ramadhan and Christmas," dagdag pa niya. -Ulat ni Rod Bolavar
