We will be opening in Manila soon!” Zubuchon said on its <a href='https://www.facebook.com/zubuchonphilippines/posts/1196150973825070'>Facebook page</a> on Tuesday.</p><p>The first branch of Zubuchon in Metro Manila will be located at Yakal corner Talisay Street at San Antonio, Makati, according to food app Booky.</p><p>Zubuchon rose to fame after chef and TV host Anthony Bourdain called it the “best pig ever” in his defunct food and travel show, “No Reservations.”</p><p>Owned by Joel Binamira, Zubuchon is known for serving lechon prepared using homegrown organic ingredients. </p>
