MANILA -- It took her six tries, across the months since her split with Joem Bascon. The five other recordings, she could not even move past the first few seconds before turning into a crying mess.

Judging by her newest vlog (the sixth try), titled "The Breakup Story," it was clear just how much Crisha Uy loved the actor and how she struggled to accept that he simply "fell out of love."

The vlogger, who was with Bascon for more than eight years, was still visibly heartbroken over their breakup in the video, failing to hold back her tears in several parts.

But despite this apparent pain, she explained that this was a vlog that she needed to record as she hopes it can serve as inspiration for those who were similarly devastated over love --proof, she said, that it's possible to "start fresh."

She began it by saying that there's no shame in crying.

She said: "It doesn't make you weak. ...Tao lang tayo, okay lang umiyak. Crying is part of the healing process, it's okay to make yourself fragile para mabuo ulit iyong sarili mo."

Uy then continued that she has no regrets over the relationship.

"Hindi ko ni-regret na naging kami, iyong eight years namin kasi mahal ko naman siya. ...Mahirap sabihin pero wala na tayong magagawa if he fell out of love," she admitted.

"Hindi ko naman puwedeng pilitin iyong taong hindi na ako mahal. Mahirap tanggapin pero kailangan."

Bascon was the one who revealed their breakup last month. He refused to detail what happened, although he did take the blame.

Uy described their split as "uncontrollable."

"I have to love myself more. ...If magmahal man ako muli, I will never forget to love myself," she said, talking about the main lesson she learned from the failed relationship.

Uy also touched a bit on rumors that Bascon had gotten back together with his ex, actress Meryll Soriano.

While she stopped herself from mentioning any names, Uy said: "Kung may minahal man agad siya pagkatapos, it's not really my business anymore. Doon lang ako sa parte ng buhay niya na involved ako."

"It's not my concern anymore," she added, referring to the photos her fans have been sending her of Bascon with another woman.

Uy uploaded the vlog Friday, where she also thanked her fans for helping her reach 300,000 subscribers.

Valentine’s may be over, but keeping a cute date look (or two) on hand is always handy. This time, we’re looking at the My Love Will Make You Disappear ‘It’-couple Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino (KimPau) for inspiration. From their What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim? days to their upcoming first film (coming out next month!), Kim and Paulo are no strangers to a good matching outfit.

For a fancy date night or a special event, KimPau offers a take on dressing it up. For Kim, the actress embodies her feminine taste with long silhouettes that accentuate her figure, just like the bright, yellow dress (shop it here!) she sported during a recent media conference. Complementing his co-star’s elegant look, Paulo dresses it up with refined outfits, boasting a designer wardrobe of blazers and button-ups, such as an armband shirt from Thom Browne.

For dates on the casual side, keep it easy and fun. Light and breezy, Kim plays around with denim jeans, layering it with a short tiered dress from Zara and paired with a bag from her brand, House of Littlebunny. For Paulo, a go-to look consists of ever-reliable trousers and a classic white t-shirt dressed up with a clean-cut button-up (shop his overshirt here!)

This is for the couples who want to match, coordinate in colors or silhouettes—or both! For KimPau, the actress matches her co-star’s bright blue suit while wearing a Jot Losa look that switches up the masculine look with a cropped blazer and an added touch of a floral corsage.
