MANILA - There is no letup in Vice President Jejomar Binay's campaign to dissuade voters from choosing Davao City Mayor and PDP-Laban standard-bearer Rodrigo Duterte in the May 9 elections.In a new video ad posted on Facebook, Binay tells voters that they have a moral responsibility not to choose Duterte for president."Hi! Magandang umaga po sa inyo mga kababayan.
