Presidential candidate Senator Grace Poe on Sunday said labor contractualization, or "endo" (end of contract), is an injustice.

Poe, during the final leg of the PiliPinas Debates 2016 held in Pangasinan, said she will not allow the practice if she is elected president.

"Ang 'end of contract' ay hindi makatarungan. Ang mga tao ay hindi makina na basta itatapon na lang," she said in reply to the question of Carlos Miguel Francisco, who always found himself looking for a new job every five months.
