MANILA - Some organizations have jumped on the #10YearChallenge bandwagon to push awareness about the effects of climate change.

Also popularly known by its meme #HowHardDidAgingHitYou challenge, it has become a trend on social media where people post their then-and-now photos to show how much they changed over the years.

But for advocates of the environment, the meme could help make people see the real picture, understand and take action to help mother nature.
