MANILA -- Kapamilya host Melai Cantiveros interviewed Ma. Nicolette "Colet" Vergara, a BINI member, on ABS-CBN's mainstream Bisaya talk show "Kuan-On-One."

For the fourth episode of the show, Cantiveros talked to her fellow Bisaya, Colet who is from Tagbilaran City, Bohol.

In the show,  Colet shared her journey to achieving her dream of becoming a member of BINI, the Nation's Girl Group. 

Colet admitted that there were times that she wanted to give up her dream especially during pandemic. She also shared what gives her strength to continue her journey with BINI.

"I just thought that all my efforts would be wasted if I stopped. That's what ran through my mind."

"I decided to continue and handle the training. I just thought that other people could handle it, my companions could also handle it. I saw that it was really possible," she added.

Before becoming one of BINI's members, Colet auditioned for "Tawag ng Tanghalan" and reality show "Pinoy Big Brother." 

She said she and the other BINI members are grateful for the group's successes.

"We are just really grateful to everyone. We just cherish what we have now,"  Colet said.

Before the interview ended, Colet said that it was really a good thing that she didn't give up.

"Good thing I didn't give up. Fortunately I continued even though it was tiring because the Lord will not give you a test that you cannot handle. There's really a purpose and reason why the Lord put you there because He knows you can overcome it," Colet said.

Just weeks ago, Colet's fellow BINI member Aiah also graced "Kuan-On-One."
