Filipino singer Maki oftened covered K-pop songs. So, when a K-pop group sang one of his own songs, he could not help but feel "weird" in a "good way."

Boy band Blitzers recently put their spin on Maki's latest single "Dilaw" for World Wide Cover (WWC), a segment on the 1theK YouTube channel in which K-pop groups perform songs from artists around the globe.

On Monday, Maki shared on X (formerly Twitter) a clip of the Blitzers members singing "Dilaw," writing: "I remember covering K-pop songs and translating it into Filipino."

"This feels weird (in a good way)," he added.

In April, K-pop girl group UNIS, which includes Filipino members, also covered BINI's "Pantropiko" for the WWC segment.
