MANILA -- BINI's first-ever solo concert was a smashing success, as fans of the Nation's Girl Group packed the New Frontier Theater (NFT) for three consecutive nights for "BINIverse."

There were challenges, of course; notably, BINI Gwen was not 100% for the first night of the show as she was already dealing with colds. Yet Gwen displayed impeccable professionalism in powering through all three nights, garnering raucous cheers for her solo performance.

"BINIverse" concluded on an emotional note, with the Araneta Group hailing BINI for being the first girl group to sell out the NFT for three consecutive nights. They also made it clear that it's just the start as BINI is set for a much bigger concert -- the "Grand BINIverse" on October 4 at the Araneta Coliseum.

Before the success of "BINIverse," the girls went through rigorous training sessions and rehearsals to ensure a seamless show. They were particularly excited -- and nervous -- for their own solo productions.

"I'm super excited," BINI Jhoanna told ABS-CBN News on Thursday night at the New Frontier Theater, shortly after their run-through. "Pero feeling ko bukas pag gising ko, hindi na ulit ako makakangiti, kasi kinakabahan na ulit ako."

Jhoanna had been pleased with their run-through, as it gave them the opportunity to get a feel of the stage. It also helped that they performed before a handful of people including Star Magic head Lauren Dyogi.

"After that run-through, siguro mas nagamay ko and kahit papaano, mas nagamay ko and mas alam ko na gagawin on stage. Kasi nakapa ko na siya, nakapa na namin siya. Nakita ko na 'yung stage na may tao, kasi ang daming nanonood din sa amin ngayon na staff, sina Direk Lauren, nandiyan. So kahit papaano, medyo natimpla ko na 'yung kaba ko. Kasi pinaka kinakabahan ako 'pag andiyan si Direk Lauren. So, kung nakaya ko naman kanina 'yung kaba, feeling ko naman makakaya ko 'pag kaharap ko na 'yung Blooms," said Jhoanna.

Dyogi, for his part, had been confident that BINI was "very, very ready" for their concert, and the girls proved him right with their sensational performances for three nights in a row.

"I think we've given them enough tools to prepare them for these three days," Dyogi said ahead of the concert. "They just have to enjoy it. They really just have to enjoy it. But they deserve this."

"They deserve this -- to be heard, to be seen, to be watched in a venue that has all the trappings of a great performance and a great concert," he added.
