Citing a statement from JYP, K-pop news portal Soompi reported Thursday that Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N extended their contracts with the label before their initial agreements expire early next year.

K-pop stars usually sign seven-year contracts, after which they can decide to renew with their original agency or explore opportunities elsewhere. Fans anticipate these renewals as they often decide whether idols will continue with their group and stay with their home label.
