On Tuesday, the Thai superstar's agency LLOUD shared on its social media pages a teaser for "Rockstar," which will be released at 8 p.m. Eastern time on June 27 or 8 a.m. on June 28 in the Philippines.

While the teaser does not explicitly mention the format, several music publications, such as Billboard and Rolling Stone, have tagged "Rockstar" as a single.

In recent weeks, Lisa has been teasing the release on her newly launched TikTok account.

"Rockstar" marks Lisa's first release after establishing her own management company, LLOUD, and signing with American label RCA Records.

Under the deal between LLOUD and RCA, Lisa will release solo music under the American label while retaining "full ownership" of all her recordings, according to a news release.

After making her debut with the wildly popular Blackpink in 2016, Lisa embarked on her solo career in 2021 with the release of the single album "LALISA," whose title track won Best K-pop at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards.

Apart from "Rockstar," fans can anticipate Lisa's acting debut after she joined the upcoming third season of HBO's black comedy drama series "The White Lotus."
