Vice Ganda to host 'LOL: Last One Laughing Philippines'

MANILA --  Superstar comedian Vice Ganda is hosting the Philippine version of the international hit comedy series "LOL: Last One Laughing."  

Prime Video Philippines on Thursday confirmed that the series which will hosted by Vice will begin on July 4 on Prime Video.

"Sige nga, tawa pa! Who will be the #LastOneLaughing? #LOLPH, hosted by #ViceGanda, premieres July 4, only on Prime Video," the post read.

"LOL: Last One Laughing" has successful versions in Italy, France, and Germany and other countries.

In the comedy-filled series, the host will lead 10 comedians in a battle which will showcase their comedic talents. 

Vice, one of the main hosts of ABS-CBN's "It's Showtime," also hosted the "bayanihan" musical show "Everybody, Sing!" which received nods from the Venice TV Awards and Asian Academy Creative Awards as best program in its format.

Currently, Vice is set to release a new song this June and will be doing a new movie.
