MANILA – Ronnie Alonte and Loisa Andalio believe they could surpass any challenge that may come their way after they were able to navigate the biggest controversy in their relationship a few years back.

Speaking to Toni Gonzaga, the celebrity couple looked back and opened up about that phase of their lives, saying that incident taught them many things.

As for Andalio, she said: “Ako araw-araw umiiyak. One week akong walang kain at ligo. Nagte-taping, hindi ako naliligo.”

After drinking for a week, Alonte realized that alcohol is not the answer to what he was feeling at that time.

Ako pa rin ang lumapit talaga,” he said.

Natatakot na siya,” he said.

After that, Andalio feels like she and Alonte could get through problem in their relationship.

So 'yung maliliit, kayang kaya,” she said.

Nonetheless, Alonte keeps reminding Andalio that they always have to be ready to face anything together.

Alonte and Andalio are currently busy promoting their upcoming movie “My Teacher,” which is an entry to this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival.
