MANILA – Sharon Cuneta considers her reunion movie with Robin Padilla a “beautiful year-ender gift from the Lord.”

According to Star Cinema, their movie “Unexpectedly Yours” already earned P218 million worldwide as of Sunday, December 17.

“My heart is really overflowing. Sobra talaga,” she gushed during her interview with ABS-CBN News at the sidelines of the Just Love Christmas Special.

Following a very busy 2017, Cuneta said she would probably take a vacation abroad to visit her family in the United States.

“Christmas is usually just family. The same. Just family dinner. KC looks forward to Noche Buena. Here lang. Kaya lang, the day after siguro, Kiko said I can go. I might go to the States because my nephew who is like a son to me is a soldier in the US Army because he’s going to be deployed soon,” she said.

In case her plan of going to the States doesn’t push through, Cuneta said she still intends to fly to somewhere else “for a change of environment.”

When asked what she’s looking forward to in 2018, she said: “I’m doing my first concert as the kickoff of my 40th anniversary celebration. This will be in Cebu at the Waterfront Hotel and Casino. I hope to see you all there.”

Cuneta, however, disclosed that she doesn’t have a TV project coming up soon so her fans might have to wait a little while.
