Alcasid said he's excited to be a judge on the show, which he predicts will be "very, very successful."

"Alam mo naman kapag bata ay nakakaaliw sila. At saka 'yung mga contestants walang tulak-kabigin, sila ang bida dito. We'll just be there to comment and guide them properly. I'm very confident about this one," Alcasid said.

Asked of his style as a judge, Alcasid said: "Siguro medyo maloko ako ng kaunti. Ma-joke ako sa kanila or ihu-humor ko sila. Kailangan positive reinforcement, kailangan encouraging 'yung sasabihin natin."
